HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER:

In stock items are usually posted within 2 business days.
Many of our custom items will be made to order and posted DIRECTLY to you from the brand that manufactures them. This means that your order may arrive to you in multiple deliveries

HANDMADE, CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ITEMS:

Some of the products in our range are handmade by small boutique businesses throughout Australia. Where possible we will advise of any turnaround/manufacturing time. Please see the relevant product page for a turnaround time, or view further information HERE

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made using Credit Card, Paypal, Afterpay & Laybuy

DELIVERY: 

We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide on all orders and FREE regular shipping on orders over $175 (excludes bulky items).
Parcels are sent with tracking where possible through Australia Post or various Couriers. If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post/Courier may 'safe drop' your parcel in a safe or secure place on your property if reasonable to do so. If you prefer to NOT have your order safe dropped please advise us at the time of checkout so that we can request a signature on delivery

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS: 

If an item from your order has been damaged in transit or found to be faulty we will replace or refund once we have investigated the issue. In this instance we will ask for proof of damage/fault - this could be in the in the form of photos or in some cases, sending the item back to us.
If you are required to return an item to us, we will reimburse your cost (within reason) in getting the product posted to us upon receipt of the order - please include the receipt for postage and use a trackable service for your own peace of mind. We recommend pre paid satchels from Australia Post where possible as these are the most cost efficient method.
If you are unhappy with a product or your order for any reason we welcome you to email us to discuss. We are always happy to work with you to reach an agreeable outcome, however we are only obliged to refund or exchange if your order is faulty or incorrect. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% on 'change of mind' orders. Postage charges are NOT refundable

PRE ORDERS:

If a new to stock item is on offer as a 'Pre Order' this will be specified on the product listing as well as the expected arrival and dispatch time.

For example: Pre Order - Stock arriving early July

This means that we are expecting the stock to arrive in early July and your order will be posted once we have the stock. Should you see another item on our website you would like to purchase while waiting for a pre order, let us know and we can add it to your original order and save you additional postage charges.

If you order existing stock AND a pre ordered item, we will ship your entire order together once the pre ordered items arrive
